In-person Interview
Once we have identified potential candidates who meet your criteria, we will conduct in-person interviews to assess their competency and cultural fit. Our experienced interviewers will delve deeper into their qualifications, job history, and gauge their potential for success within your organization.

Employment Relationship Management
Once a candidate is selected and the rate is agreed upon, we take care of all employment-related matters. We handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to the employee. Our team is well-versed in labor laws and will manage any potential disputes or concerns that may arise, ensuring compliance and legal protection for both parties. We also take charge of team management, including performance reviews and addressing any performance-related issues.

Advertising and Pre-Screening
We will take care of advertising the job on various platforms to attract a pool of qualified candidates. Our team will pre-screen the applicants based on the job requirements, assessing their skills, experience, and suitability for the role.

Candidate Presentation and Rate Proposal
After the interviews, we will present you with a shortlist of the most suitable candidates. Only when you express interest in a candidate, we will propose a monthly rate for their employment with your company. Our rate will be a fraction of the base salary you would typically pay in Europe, and it includes every element of the employment relationship.

Supporting Infrastructure
We provide the necessary equipment and resources needed for the employee to perform their duties effectively. Our office space is accessible 24/7, offering a reliable and professional environment for your remote team members. We go the extra mile by organizing corporate Visas if you require your candidate to work together with you in person on occasion.
We charge one fixed rate which is agreed upon after presenting a suitable candidate to the client. Until the client commits to signing one of the presented candidates, our services are entirely cost-free.
Once the client makes a commitment, they begin paying the agreed-upon fixed rate.
Our revenue streams at ViVa Outsourcing are solely derived from the services we provide to our clients, specifically in the form of talent acquisition and management.
Our pricing structure is determined through discussions and negotiations with the client. This rate encompasses the full scope of our services, including candidate sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, employment relationship management, and ongoing support.
We offer flexibility in contractual agreements to cater to our clients' needs.
Unlimited contracts can be canceled with a 2-month notice period, providing clients with the freedom to adjust their workforce requirements, as necessary.
Additionally, we can accommodate limited-term contractual agreements,
which are unproblematic and enable clients to engage our services for specific durations without any complications.
Our aim is to provide transparent pricing, flexible payment terms, and
adaptable contractual agreements that align with our clients' needs. We
prioritize building long-term partnerships based on trust, delivering value, and supporting our clients' business objectives.
